Investment opportunity close to Andover town centre

We spotted this yesterday on Rightmove:

This looks to be a good buy-to-let proposition.  We look after several properties in Herons Rise and they always let easily as its not too far from town and they tend to be pretty spacious.  This particular property looks in good order and would be good for either a couple, or sharers as it appears to have two double bedrooms.  There is even the benefit of a garage!
One word of caution though, check on the length of the lease as this could explain the price.  Its relatively easy to find out how much a lease extension will cost so factor this in.

With the sale price of £125,000 you should expect to achieve around £700pcm giving a very respectable 6.7% yield.

Good investment opportunity in Tidworth

This is a property we have on the market in Tidworth.  In our opinion Tidworth is very much an up and coming area with a lot of new and re-development going on both in the housing market and in the town centre.  It has good transport links and Grateley mainline rail station is only a short drive away.  Add to that the fact that it is surrounded by fantastic countyside whats not to like!

These are good, solid, spacious flats that are always popular with renters having loads of storage space and two good sized double bedrooms.  The usual rent on these flats is around £625pcm giving a very respectable yield of 6.8%!
