This looks to be a good buy-to-let proposition. We look after several properties in Herons
Rise and they always let easily as its not too far from town and they tend to
be pretty spacious. This particular
property looks in good order and would be good for either a couple, or sharers
as it appears to have two double bedrooms.
There is even the benefit of a garage!
One word of caution though, check on the length of the lease
as this could explain the price. Its
relatively easy to find out how much a lease extension will cost so factor this
in.
With the sale price of £125,000 you should expect to achieve
around £700pcm giving a very respectable 6.7% yield.
